Registered Nurse (RN) - Rapid Response Team - Full Time

Role: The RRT Nurse is a registered nurse responsible for coordinating rapid response assessments, prioritizing interventions, and ensuring optimal patient outcomes. They respond to RRT calls, manage patient crises, document care, and develop clinical guidelines. They monitor data trends, analyze opportunities for improvement, and implement quality initiatives. The nurse educates patients, families, and staff, serving as a professional role model and mentor. They collaborate with medical teams, support performance improvement, and promote evidence-based practice within ethical standards.
