- Current and unrestricted Oregon Registered Nurse license, Current CPR certification, BLS Certification, Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current automobile insurance, Ability to travel throughout Yamhill County, Strong nursing assessment, communication, organization, and time-management skills, Ability to work independently, Hospice, palliative care, home health, oncology, geriatrics, or case-management experience preferred, Familiarity with electronic medical records preferred
