Daily

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with their care plans
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician
  • Monitor and document resident conditions and report changes to the nursing team
  • Assist with admissions, discharges, and transfers
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members
  • Maintain accurate, timely, and thorough medical records
  • Ensure compliance with all facility policies and state and federal regulations
  • Supervise and support Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) during the shift
  • Participate in shift reports and care conferences as needed

Qualifications

  • Current and valid RN license in the state of Mississippi
  • CPR certification (preferred)
  • Previous experience in a long-term care or rehabilitation setting is a plus
  • Strong clinical and documentation skills
  • Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented

Job Type: Full-time Pay: $32.00 - $35.00 per hour
