*About the Role*
As a Nurse Practitioner at Health 210, you will play an essential role in delivering exceptional, patient-centered primary and obesity medicine care. You will enjoy excellent clinical autonomy, strong administrative support, and a collaborative team-based environment.
*Key Responsibilities*
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and physical examinations
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
- Develop evidence-based treatment and preventive care plans
- Educate patients on health maintenance, weight management, and disease prevention
- Maintain compliant and detailed documentation in the EMR
- Collaborate closely with physicians, MAs, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
- Contribute to a positive and efficient clinic culture
*Qualifications*
- Current Nurse Practitioner licensure in Texas
- Board certification (FNP, AGNP, or equivalent)
- Excellent clinical judgment and communication skills
- Strong commitment to patient-centered, evidence-based care
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, supportive practice environment
- Must have at least one year experience
