About the Role

As a Nurse Practitioner at Health 210, you will play an essential role in delivering exceptional, patient-centered primary and obesity medicine care. You will enjoy excellent clinical autonomy, strong administrative support, and a collaborative team-based environment.

Key Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive patient assessments and physical examinations
Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
Develop evidence-based treatment and preventive care plans
Educate patients on health maintenance, weight management, and disease prevention
Maintain compliant and detailed documentation in the EMR
Collaborate closely with physicians, MAs, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
Contribute to a positive and efficient clinic culture

Qualifications

Current Nurse Practitioner licensure in Texas
Board certification (FNP, AGNP, or equivalent)
Excellent clinical judgment and communication skills
Strong commitment to patient-centered, evidence-based care
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, supportive practice environment
Must have at least one year experience
