About this role
Preakness Health Center is seeking a compassionate and reliable Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Long-Term Care team in Wayne, NJ. The RN will provide quality nursing care, monitor resident health conditions, administer medications and treatments, and collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure excellent resident outcomes.
Requirements
- Active NJ RN License or Compact RN License
- Current BLS Certification
- Minimum 2 years of RN experience preferred
- LTC, Skilled Nursing, Subacute, or Rehabilitation experience preferred
- Strong communication and clinical skills
- Bachelor's degree (Required)
- Ability to commute to Wayne, NJ 07470
- Ability to relocate to Wayne, NJ 07470 before starting work
