Family Service Association is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at our Bridgeview Adult Day Health (ADH) program!
We currently have one part-time position available, 30 hours per week, with a consistent Monday–Friday schedule from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. The hourly rate is $35 per hour.
Our Adult Day Health programs provide a welcoming, supportive environment where older adults and adults with disabilities can build friendships, explore new interests, and maintain their independence in the community. As part of our team, you will have the opportunity to see the meaningful impact our program has on participants and their caregivers every day.
Our staff works collaboratively to promote the health, safety, and well-being of our participants while providing skilled care in a structured medical setting.

The Registered Nurse provides clinical oversight of direct care provided by program staff and works collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans. The RN plays an important role in promoting the physical, social, and emotional well-being of each participant while supporting their ability to remain as independent as possible.

Education & Experience
Must be currently licensed and in good standing with the Massachusetts Board of Registration in Nursing.
Must have at least two (2) years of recent experience providing direct care to older adults or individuals with chronic disabilities. This experience does not need to have been obtained in an RN role and may include experience as an LPN, CNA, HHA, Program Aide, or in a similar direct-care position.
