As the Medical Team Administrator, you will help coordinate the daily activities of the healthcare team while providing direct patient care. This position is ideal for an LPN who is organized, dependable, compassionate, and ready to take ownership of their role.
What You'll Do Provide direct nursing care to patients in the correctional healthcare setting Coordinate and support daily medical operations Assist with medication administration and treatment services Complete nursing assessments and documentation Communicate effectively with providers, nursing staff, and facility personnel Help ensure continuity and quality of patient care Maintain accurate medical records and documentation Support healthcare policies, procedures, and facility requirements Serve as a dependable clinical resource for the onsite team What We're Looking For Current and unrestricted LPN license in the State of Wisconsin Current CPR certification Previous nursing experience preferred Correctional healthcare experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills Ability to work independently while functioning as part of a team A compassionate, professional approach to patient care Full Time Benefits
