Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate, person-centered care to residents.
- Monitor and assess residents' health conditions.
- Administer medications and treatments according to care plans.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care.
- Document care and maintain accurate records in compliance with regulations.
- Respond promptly to medical emergencies and provide appropriate interventions.
- Educate residents and families about health management and care plans.
Qualifications
- Psych experience preferred
- Current and valid RN or LPN license in Washington State.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Previous experience in residential or long-term care settings is a plus.
Schedules
- AM Shift 7am-7pm
- NOC Shift 7pm-7am
