We are seeking a dedicated RN or LPN to join our team. These roles are essential in providing high-quality care and ensuring the well-being of our residents.
Responsibilities
Deliver compassionate, person-centered care to residents.
Monitor and assess residents' health conditions.
Administer medications and treatments according to care plans.
Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care.
Document care and maintain accurate records in compliance with regulations.
Respond promptly to medical emergencies and provide appropriate interventions.
Educate residents and families about health management and care plans.
Qualifications
Psych experience preferred
Current and valid RN or LPN license in Washington State.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Previous experience in residential or long-term care settings is a plus.
