What You’ll Do
Provide exceptional nursing care aligned with individualized care plans
Monitor residents and promptly report changes in condition
Safely administer medications and treatments
Work closely with physicians, CNAs, and interdisciplinary team members
Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations
What We’re Looking For
Active Texas LVN or RN license in good standing
Experience in long-term care or geriatrics is a plus—but new talent is welcome!
Strong communication, organization, and clinical skills
A team-oriented mindset and compassionate approach to care
