About the Role

Maui Urology is a busy solo-physician urology practice in Wailuku looking for an experienced RN to join our wonderful, cohesive team. Urology is a vital field of medicine for Maui, and this is a rare opportunity to participate in curing pain, eradicating cancers, and helping members of our community return to the people and activities they love.

This is a long-term, senior position with supervisory responsibilities. We are looking for a clinically experienced nurse who wants to grow with the practice and become a true partner to the provider and physician assistant in delivering excellent urologic care. Experience in urology is preferred, but a great attitude and willingness to learn is what truly matters — Dr. Carlsen and our team love to teach.

Our team is small, tight-knit, and values longevity. Most of our staff have been with us for years. If you are looking for a stable, supportive environment where your experience and clinical judgment are genuinely valued, this is it.
