At BrightStar Care of Anchorage, we’re growing our skilled home health program quickly and looking for compassionate, experienced RNs to join our team. This role offers the autonomy, flexibility, and meaningful patient connection.

What You’ll Do
Provide skilled nursing care in home settings
Manage complex patient needs with clinical confidence
Build meaningful relationships with patients and families
Deliver care with independence while supported by a strong clinical team
Service area includes Anchorage and Mat-Su Valley (majority in Anchorage). Must reside in Alaska.
What Sets You Apart (Preferred)
Skilled Home Health experience
Central line care
Chronic wound management
Wound vac experience
IV infusion skills
What You’ll Need (Required)
Active, unencumbered RN license in Alaska
Reliable vehicle + current insurance
Ability to pass federal background check
Compensation
$45–$50/hour (DOE)
