We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a 15-week travel assignment in a rehabilitation/clinical care setting in Albuquerque, NM. This position involves providing high-quality patient care during night shifts and supporting patient recovery and wellness in a structured healthcare environment.
Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care under RN/physician supervision
Administer medications and treatments per care plans
Monitor and document patient status and report changes
Assist with patient comfort and rehabilitation support
Maintain accurate medical records and compliance with facility protocols
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Requirements
Active New Mexico LPN license
BLS certification (AHA preferred)
Minimum 1 year of LPN experience preferred
Strong communication and patient-centered care skills
Ability to work night shifts and weekends (Sun, Mon, Sat)
