Registered Nurse RN Observation PCU

Primary City/State: Casa Grande, Arizona. Department Name: Med/Surg-Hosp. Work Shift: Night. Job Category: Nursing. As an RN PCU Observation, you will support a 43 bed Medical Surgical department along with a 28 bed Observation department. You will also float to the Progressive Care Unit as needed. This position will work 3x12s, Night Shift (7:00PM - 7:30AM) with a weekend (every other weekend) and holiday rotation. POSITION

Summary

This position assesses, plans, implements, evaluates and documents nursing care of patients in accordance with organizational policies and standards of professional nursing practice. Accountable for the quality of nursing services delivered by self or others under their direction. CORE FUNCTIONS include patient assessment, care plan formulation, implementation, evaluation, documentation, evidence-based practice, shared leadership, staff supervision, and multidisciplinary collaboration.
