Travel Registered Nurse (RN) – Neuro Stepdown Hickory, NC | Frye Regional Medical Center Up to $2,556 Weekly Day Shift | 13-Week Contract DayOne Staffing is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for an exciting Neuro Stepdown travel assignment at Frye Regional Medical Center in Hickory, North Carolina. This is a fantastic opportunity to earn competitive weekly pay while gaining valuable experience at a respected healthcare facility. Assignment Details * Specialty: Neuro Stepdown * Shift: Days * Contract Length: 13 Weeks * Start Date: 07/20/2026 * End Date: 10/19/2026 * Guaranteed Hours: 36 Hours Per Week * Weekly Pay: Up to $2,556 Pay Package * Weekly Stipend: $1,500 * Hourly Rate: $22.00 * Overtime Rate: $62.50 * Holiday Rate: $62.50 Responsibilities * Provide comprehensive nursing care to Neuro Stepdown patients. * Monitor patient conditions and respond to changes in clinical status. * Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. * Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams. * Maintain accurate patient documentation and ensure compliance with facility standards. * Deliver exceptional patient-centered care while promoting safety and positive outcomes.
