Home Health Registered Nurse - PRN

PRN Registered Nurse Needed. Earn Extra Income. Professional Home Health Care is hiring an RN to make home visits in the Longmont and surrounding area. Position is prn and visits can be made on your days off, after a shift in the afternoon, before a shift in the morning, or between school hours. This position is a wonderful match for those nurses who need flexibility but have a few hours or days each week to earn extra income. Benefits: Weekly pay, Competitive salary with the potential to increase earning at 6 months and annually, Paid mileage. Qualification: Current Colorado Nursing license - RN or LPN, Valid Driver's license, clean MVR, and proof of auto insurance, Reliable transportation, Must be able to pass Criminal Background Check. Responsibilities and Duties include: Makes home visits and provides care ordered by the physician. Assessed patients' needs, reports findings to case managing RN, and implements the care plan. Completes required documentation that makes evident patient/family needs, interventions, and progress in accordance with clinical, quality, and regulatory requirements. Assures that all documentation is available in the electronic record within the deadlines. $45 - $65 per visit based on the type of visit. Position also available at a higher rate for those RNs who want to be 1099 Independent Contractor RN.
