Overview

Provides direct patient care activities, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within nursing standards. Promotes patient and family-centered care, educating on illness management, medication, and post-treatment needs. Ensures patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance while participating in ongoing professional development.

• Develops, implements, and documents individualized care plans with clear goals, collaborating with the healthcare team, patients, and families.

• Uses critical nursing skills to assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, considering patient values, cultural, and spiritual factors.

• Contributes to a safe environment and maintains communication across care continuum.

Qualifications & Skills

• RN license with a Nursing Diploma/Associate’s degree; Bachelor’s preferred.

• No prior experience required; 2+ years preferred for advanced roles.

• Strong assessment, communication, and patient education skills.

• Ability to work safely and maintain alertness as this is a safety-sensitive position.
