About this role

Orchard Valley Health and Rehabilitation is seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for a skilled nursing facility. Responsibilities include coordinating with healthcare team members to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care plans; preparing and administering medications; educating patients on surgical procedures; recording medical information and vital signs; monitoring specialized equipment; providing bedside care including pre- and post-surgery patients; changing dressings, inserting catheters, starting IVs; participating in discharge planning; and recording all care information accurately.
