Role: Registered Nurse in an inpatient rehabilitation setting.
Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive rehabilitative care for patients with conditions such as stroke, brain and spinal cord injuries, orthopedic and neurological issues. Perform patient assessments, develop and implement individualized care plans. Administer medications and monitor patient progress. Coordinate with an interdisciplinary rehabilitation team. Educate patients and families about care and recovery processes. Uphold safety and quality standards in patient care. Engage in continuous learning within a collaborative, patient-centered environment aimed at restoring independence.
Qualifications & Skills
Licensed Registered Nurse with relevant licensure. Compassionate approach to patient care. Strong assessment, care planning, and medication administration skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Commitment to safety, quality standards, and ongoing professional development.
