Responsibilities
*
As Registered Nurse your primary responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Review ISP (individualized Service Plan)and AEN(Addressing Enhanced Needs) form
- Visit the individual in New Jerey and write a baseline assessment regarding the medical needs of the person
- Write a plan of care for the individual
- Ensure that the staff is sufficiently competent to meet the medical needs of the individual being served
Note: Prioritization of these tasks will be determined in cooperation with other company managers and based on business needs and urgency.
