*Qualifications*

The *Staff Nurse (R. N.)* is a registered professional nurse who prescribes, coordinates, and evaluates patient care through collaborative efforts with health team members in accordance with the nursing process and the standards of care and practices.

• Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing. _Bachelor’s Degree preferred; Associate’s Degree required._ *NEW GRADS WELCOME TO APPLY!*
• Current license to practice nursing in *Arkansas* (or eligible to receive or renew).
• Current CPR or BLS certification.
• Ability to work harmoniously and effectively with patients, families, visitors and staff. Must be able to work as a team with all staff/coworkers and maintain the ability to treat all patients with respect.
• Preferred one year of experience working in a psychiatric inpatient setting
