What You’ll Need

High school diploma or equivalent

Active, valid CNA certification (no restrictions)

Long-term care experience is a plus, but not required—we’re happy to train the right person

A positive attitude and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Willingness to assist residents with daily living activities: bathing, dressing, serving meals, mobility, and more

Commitment to keeping living spaces clean, safe, and comfortable

Ability to maintain accurate documentation and follow all care regulations
