*Responsibilities of LVN:*
- Ensures quality and safe delivery of home health care services
- Following treatment plan laid out by RN
- Collaborates with physicians, other agency staff and contract services to coordinate and implement the Plan of Care
- Trains new clinicians by allowing clinicians to shadow patient visits
- Promotes education for clients, client families, and the community
- Completes all required documentation in accordance with the standards of the agency, and regulatory requirements
- Able to cover visits in *Ridgecrest and nearby cities*

- Licensed Practical Nurse or Licensed Vocational Nurse license to take shifts in California
- US Driver's License or ID Card
- Negative TB test
- Physical exam proof
- COVID Vaccination/ Exemption proof

- Every weekend
- Monday to Friday
- Rotating weekends
- Weekends as needed
