About this role
Hourly Pay: $28-$30 / per hour
Maxim Healthcare in DeLand is hiring for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to work with Pediatric and/or Adult patients in a 1:1 capacity.
Ventilator experienced preferred but not required as Maxim offers an in house training program. Variety of shifts available including: 8-12 hour shifts for nights and weekends; some shifts are subject to an increased pay.

Responsibilities
Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care. On each assignment, provides skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition. Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.
Qualifications
Currently licensed as an LPN/LVN in the state in which the LPN will practice. Current TB or Chest X-Ray. Current BLS card. One year prior professional nursing experience preferred
