Full-Time Staff Nurses – 12-Hour Shifts (3 Shifts per Week)

At 5 Star Cares, nurses work in a calm, supportive environment where patient ratios range from 1:1 to 1:6. Night Shift: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM (12 hours), Rotating weekends required. Key responsibilities include providing high-quality nursing care, monitoring and documenting patient conditions, submitting progress reports, and developing treatment plans. Preferred skills include pediatric and young adult care, trach and G-tube management, and ventilator experience. Requires active Florida RN or LPN license, CPR/BLS certification, ACHA Level 2 screening, and experience in acute care, rehab, hospital, home health, or hospice.

Reliable, compassionate, and professional demeanor
