Staff Development Coordinator (RN)

As the Staff Development Coordinator, you will design, implement, and oversee training programs for our team. Your expertise and guidance will empower our staff to provide high-quality care and achieve clinical program objectives aligned with our mission. Your leadership will contribute to the enhancement of our care standards, resident well-being and the professional growth of our team.

Key responsibilities include developing, coordinating, and delivering orientation and ongoing training programs, assessing training needs, developing curriculum, collaborating with department heads to ensure regulatory compliance, providing mentoring and coaching to staff, coordinating new employee orientation, evaluating training effectiveness, maintaining accurate records, and driving a culture of continuous improvement in nursing care.
