Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required
- Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license
- 5+ years of professional RN experience, including hands-on experience with occupational health case management
- Demonstrated experience managing employee medical cases, including return-to-work, fitness-for-duty, FMLA/medical leave, and workplace injuries and illnesses
- Working knowledge of OSHA and occupational health requirements, with an understanding of ADA, FMLA and workplace medical confidentiality
- Experience in chemical, petrochemical, oil & gas, manufacturing or another industrial environment preferred, but not required
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to independently manage multiple employee health cases, programs and confidential medical records
- Compassionate, approachable communication style with the ability to build trust and rapport with employees
