About the Role
We are seeking an experienced MS/Tele/PCU Registered Nurse for a 13-week contract opportunity in Nashua, New Hampshire. This role supports direct and indirect patient care through the nursing process and requires strong medical-surgical, telemetry, and progressive care experience.
Responsibilities
Assess patients upon admission and monitor ongoing clinical status
Provide direct nursing care for MS/Tele, cardiac telemetry, PCU, and adult med-surg patients
Administer medications and treatments according to nursing standards and facility policies
Develop, implement, and update individualized patient care plans
Document patient care accurately using EPIC and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team
Requirements
Active New Hampshire RN License Or Compact RN License Required
Bachelor's Degree Required
BLS/BCLS Certification Required
ACLS Certification Required
Minimum 3 years of nursing experience with strong MS/Tele experience required
