Float RN MDS Coordinator

O'Neill Healthcare is currently looking for a Float MDS Nurse (RN) to join our team on our team in a full-time capacity. Two years as an MDS Coordinator is preferred. This position will work between all of our locations (Bay Village, Fairview Park, Lakewood, Middleburg Heights, North Olmsted, North Ridgeville). This role requires direct care coordination with the Directors of Nursing to aid in the coordination, management, and delivery of services for all residents through the completion of the RAI process and development of the resident's plan of care.
