Castleton Health Care Center is actively hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) for day, evening, and night shifts in our skilled nursing facility. Responsibilities include providing and overseeing direct nursing care for residents, administering medications and treatments per physician orders, supervising and supporting LPNs and CNAs, monitoring resident conditions, ensuring compliance with clinical policies and regulations, and communicating with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary team.
