Overview
Opulent Private Care Services is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to provide in-home skilled nursing care for an infant enrolled in the Georgia Pediatric Program (GAPP). This position is perfect for an RN who values consistency, reliability, and patient-centered care for a medically fragile child in a loving home environment. Schedule is 2nd and/or 3rd shift!
Responsibilities
Provide skilled nursing care in a home setting.
Deliver safe, high-quality care in alignment with the Physician’s Plan of Treatment (PPOT).
Feeding tube management (G-tube)
Breathing treatments and suctioning as needed
Vital signs monitoring and respiratory assessment
Medication administration (if applicable)
Diaper changes, repositioning, and daily comfort measures
Maintain clear communication and punctuality with the patient’s family and Opulent Private Care Services.
Support the family’s routine and ensure continuity of care in the absence of primary staff (backup coverage as needed).
Qualifications
Candidates should possess the following

Current and active Georgia RN license (required)
Current CPR certification
1+ year of pediatric or home health experience preferred
Experience with trach, suctioning, or G-tube care preferred
