About this role
Nights | Full Time | 6:30/7:00 | Rotating Weekends
Commitment Bonus: $20,000 two-year commitment (one year commitment on nights)
Provides direct patient care in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) using the nursing process in accordance with applicable scope and standards of practice. Performs plan of care interventions, including medication administration, specimen collection, clinical treatments, and other medical care activities. Documents patient care provided. Monitors, records, and communicates patient condition to the care team, physician, patient, and family. Assists patients with activities of daily living. Collaborates across disciplines to coordinate patient care. Evaluates learning needs of patients and/or family and provides education. Advocates for the physical and emotional well-being of the patient.

Requirements
- Associate's degree in nursing required
- Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred
- Current RN license in state of practice
- BCLS required
- ACLS preferred
- PALS preferred
- Handle with Care preferred
- 1 year experience
