About this role

Voyage Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Clinic Specialty Supervisor (CMA/LPN/RN). Responsibilities include coordinating and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Gynecology, Rheumatology and Podiatry Departments. Recommends hiring of, orienting of, and training of Medical Support Staff (MSS) and always ensures proper clinic coverage. Evaluates the performance of staff in conjunction with physicians and clinic site manager. Works closely with department providers and is responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating various projects and protocols within the specialty departments.

Requirements

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required with current Minnesota RN license OR current Medical Assistant certification/Registered required or Licensed by the Minnesota Board of Nursing
1+ years of supervisor experience preferred
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Knowledge of nursing principles, clinical policies, and procedures
