- Bachelor's degree in Nursing, or professional equivalent
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in surgical services or perioperative nursing, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license or relevant professional certification as applicable
- Strong knowledge of surgical procedures, healthcare regulations, and patient safety standards
- Proficiency in healthcare management software and electronic medical records (EMR) systems
- Master's degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or a related discipline (preferred)
- Certified Perioperative Nurse (CNOR) or Certified Surgical Services Manager (CSSM) credential (preferred)
- Demonstrated success in leading quality improvement projects and managing budget (preferred)
