Role: Inpatient Registered Nurse providing direct patient care, assessments, and care planning in a clinical environment.
Responsibilities
Conduct assessments, address physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs, formulate and coordinate care plans, deliver treatments, medications, and diagnostic studies, evaluate intervention effectiveness, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, troubleshoot equipment, participate in evidence-based practice decisions, and contribute to quality and safety initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills
Graduate from a nursing specialty training program (Bachelor’s preferred), with strong patient-centered care, teamwork, problem-solving, and communication skills. Demonstrates compassion, safety awareness, and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
