About this role

RN EOW Weekend Supervisor

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse to serve as an Every Other Weekend Supervisor at the Westbury Center of Conyers for Nursing and Healing in Conyers, Georgia. As a Weekend Supervisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring the exceptional care and well-being of our patients and residents. You will supervise and coordinate the activities of the nursing staff on weekends, providing guidance, support, and leadership to ensure the delivery of high-quality care.

Responsibilities

Provide leadership and guidance to the nursing staff on weekends, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and adherence to established policies and procedures

Supervise and coordinate the activities of the nursing staff, including scheduling, assignments, and task delegation

Monitor patient care and provide feedback and coaching to staff as needed

Participate in patient care conferences and interdisciplinary team meetings

Develop and implement strategies to improve patient outcomes, reduce readmissions, and enhance customer satisfaction

Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, accrediting bodies, and company policies

Requirements

Current Georgia RN license

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a healthcare setting, with a focus on patient care and leadership

Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and responsibilities

Proficiency in electronic medical records and other relevant software systems

Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
