We are seeking a Registered Nurse with a passion for aesthetics, wellness, and patient care to join our growing team.

Position Overview

The Aesthetic Registered Nurse will provide safe, professional, and personalized nursing and aesthetic services while maintaining the highest standards of patient safety, clinical excellence, and customer care.

The ideal candidate is a confident and compassionate RN who has a strong interest in aesthetic medicine, excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a genuine desire to build lasting relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform comprehensive patient consultations and health assessments prior to aesthetic treatments.
  • Obtain and document complete medical histories, medications, allergies, and relevant contraindications.
  • Provide aesthetic treatments within the nurse's education, training, licensure, and applicable Oregon regulations and practice protocols.
  • Educate clients regarding treatment options, expected results, risks, benefits, contraindications, and appropriate aftercare.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with the medical/aesthetic team.
  • Provide exceptional patient care before, during, and after treatments.
  • Monitor patients for adverse reactions or complications and respond appropriately.
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation and treatment records.
  • Follow all infection-control, sterilization, safety, and clinical protocols.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional treatment environment.
  • Provide appropriate follow-up and aftercare communication to clients.
  • Build strong, professional relationships with patients and encourage continuity of care.
  • Stay current on aesthetic industry trends, products, technologies, and evidence-based treatment techniques.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training as appropriate.
  • Collaborate with the aesthetic and administrative team to provide a seamless patient experience.
  • Represent MAXE Aesthetic with professionalism, integrity, confidence, and discretion at all times.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Oregon .
  • Previous experience in aesthetics, dermatology, plastic surgery, med-spa, cosmetic medicine, or a related specialty is strongly preferred, not required.
  • Experience with aesthetic injectables and/or energy-based aesthetic devices is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of patient assessment, contraindications, infection control, and emergency procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient safety.
  • Professional appearance and excellent bedside manner.
  • Comfortable educating patients and discussing treatment options.
  • Ability to work independently while functioning effectively as part of a collaborative team.
  • Passion for aesthetics, skincare, wellness, and helping clients achieve their personal goals.
  • Bilingual - Spanish (preferred not required)
