*Nurse Practitioner – Weight Loss Management & Primary Care Opportunity!* Roseburg, Oregon | Monday–Thursday
Monarch Medical Weight Loss Centers is seeking a Nurse Practitioner with an active Oregon license to join our growing clinic. This position offers the opportunity to practice in medical weight management with an expanding primary care component in a supportive, team-based environment.
Monarch has proudly served the community for almost 20 years, with a collaborative group of physicians, nurse practitioners, and clinical nurse specialists focused on improving patient health and quality of life.

Qualifications
- Licensed Nurse Practitioner in Oregon
- Current board certification (ANCC or equivalent)
- Current DEA or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Insurance credentialing a plus
