Seeking a Registered Nurse Role Overview: Provide compassionate, individualized care to patients in a rehabilitation setting, guiding their recovery through assessments, tailored care plans, and direct patient support. Key Responsibilities: Supervise care and treatments, build strong relationships with patients and families, collaborate with healthcare teams for coordinated care, support colleagues with complex cases, and celebrate patient milestones. Qualifications: Valid RN licensure, CPR certification (ACLS preferred), CRRN certification preferred, and ideally one year of experience in a rehabilitation hospital. Skills & Attributes: Strong communication, empathy, teamwork, and patient advocacy. Ability to utilize advanced technology and adapt to a dynamic environment.
