Registered Nurse

*Oral Surgery Office ADN / RN* We are currently looking for a highly motivated ADN / RN for our fast-paced, private practice oral surgery office located in the Northeast Houston area. Your main role as a nurse is to work alongside our oral surgeons helping to safely oversee patient care during surgery. At Northeast Oral, we prioritize a patient-oriented approach and are seeking someone who shares our passion for providing excellent care. *Main Responsibilities: * · Administer IV medication for sedation. · Monitor patient vitals and maintain patient’s airway. · Patient management for pre-op and post-op care. · Prepare and maintain a clean, sterile and patient-centric working environment. · Accurately collect and record patient medical history in Electronic Healthcare Records (EHR) system. · Provide the highest level of customer service and quality care. · Maintain strict compliance with State, Federal and other regulations such as OSHA, HIPAA, Dental Board, ADA and our Employee Handbook. * Requirements: * · ACLS Certification (Preferred) · BLS Certification (Required) · ADN / RN License (Required) · Strong organizational and interpersonal skills. · Excellent communication and customer service skills with an outgoing personality. · Knowledge of dental procedures and protocols is a plus. * Schedule: * · 4-day work week; no weekends. · All major holidays off. · General office hours: 7:30 – 5:30 PM. *Benefits* · Paid holidays · Profit-sharing program · First DAANCE examination paid by the practice · Opportunities for continued learning, professional development, and career advancement *Why Join Northeast Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery?* At Northeast Oral, our patients are at the center of everything we do.
