Key

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage clinical operations of the assigned unit.
  • Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure delivery of high-quality care.
  • Mentor, guide, and supervise nursing staff, ensuring adherence to policies and standards.
  • Lead care planning meetings, evaluating residents' needs and establishing care priorities.
  • Address and resolve any patient or family concerns in a timely manner.
  • Monitor performance metrics, striving for continuous quality improvement in the unit.
  • Collaborate with other unit managers and facility leadership to optimize overall patient care and operations.

Qualifications

  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) certification in State of AL
  • Experience in leadership roles within a healthcare setting.
  • Strong clinical, organizational, and managerial skills.
  • Exceptional communication abilities and a focus on team collaboration.
  • Passion for ensuring the highest standards of care and resident satisfaction.
