Entrusted Pediatric Home Care provides nursing care for children in the comfort of their home. Our Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVN) provide Private Duty Nursing to children up to age 21. Responsibilities include providing quality comprehensive nursing care in client's home, participating in development of plan of care, providing health education to patient and caregiver, accepting and writing verbal orders from physicians, completing accurate and timely documentation of care provided.

Requirements

Active nurse license in the state of Texas or compact license (NLC)
Current CPR card from either the American Red Cross or the American Heart Association
BLS Certification
LVN/RN Home Health experience preferred
In-home healthcare experience
Working with pediatric populations
21 years or older
