About this role
As a Laser Hair Removal Provider, you will deliver safe, effective treatments while helping clients build confidence and achieve long-term results. In Milan's structured clinic environment, you'll combine medical expertise, patient education, and compassionate care to ensure every client feels informed, comfortable, and supported throughout their journey. Position responsibilities include performing laser hair removal treatments following Milan's established medical protocols, educating clients on pre and post-treatment care, documenting treatments accurately and maintaining compliant medical records, preparing treatment rooms and equipment, maintaining a clean professional clinical environment, discussing treatment progress with clients and recommending additional treatment areas, encouraging client reviews and referrals, supporting daily clinic operations including scheduling and confirming appointments, assisting with opening and closing duties, performing minor maintenance and cleaning of laser equipment, and collaborating with clinic leadership and team members to support clinic goals and client satisfaction.

Requirements
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing Passion for providing exceptional patient care and client service Strong communication skills and the ability to educate clients clearly and confidently Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and clinical protocols Interest in the aesthetics industry and helping clients achieve confidence-building results After completing training, ability to support onboarding and training of new providers
