Assesses and evaluates patient care needs. Suggests solutions to patient care problems & complaints Identifies & recommends solutions to departmental problems Assists in assessing departmental function and productivity & recommends changes as necessary Assesses patient/family learning needs and coordinates and carries out teaching plan

Graduation from an accredited school of nursing Active Registered Nurse license through the Washington State Department of Health Basic Life Support for Healthcare providers (AHA) or CPR/AED for the Professional Rescuer (American Red Cross)
Preferred Qualification
2+ years of experience working as a Registered Nurse
