Fern Park is currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated Nurse (LPN/RN) to join our team. We support individuals with intellectual disabilities in a home-like setting and are looking for professionals who are committed to providing high-quality care. As an LPN/RN at Fern Park, you will be responsible for delivering healthcare services in accordance with facility policies, the Nurse Practice Act, ICF/DD guidelines, and applicable state standards. Positions Available: Full Time, 7pm-7am & 7am-7pm.
Requirements
- Current and valid LPN license for the state of employment
- At least one year of nursing experience preferred (new graduates encouraged to apply)
- Valid state-issued driver's license with driving record meeting company standards
- Must pass criminal background check and maintain ongoing clearance
- Must pass pre-employment drug screening and remain drug-free
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Proficient in documenting technical and medical information accurately
