Saint Luke's Hospital of Kansas City is hiring a Registered Nurse for their Medical Intermediate Unit. This Magnet designated facility provides care to medical short stay high acuity patients in a fast-paced environment. The nurse cares for a variety of conditions including renal, confusion, non-surgical, heart failure, observation and more. Shift: FT Days 6:45 am to 7:15 pm. The nurse is accountable for utilizing the nursing process, performing patient care, delegating tasks, supervising staff, and coordinating the plan of care for assigned patients.

RN License (MO) - National Council of State Boards of Nursing (NURSYS)
BLS Certification - American Heart Association or Red Cross
Associate Degree in Nursing
Less than 1 year experience
Experience working with cardiac care patients
