School Registered Nurse (RN) in Morgan Hill, CA

Nursing degree, active registered nurse (RN) license and minimum 1+ years RN experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This position is located in the vibrant area near Morgan Hill, CA, with additional opportunities to serve nearby communities including San Jose, Gilroy, and San Martin.

You will be instrumental in conducting vision and hearing screenings, while collaborating with other dedicated school nurses to meet the diverse needs of the student population. Workdays follow the standard student calendar, offering a consistent schedule of 6 hours per day.

Desired Qualifications & Experience

• Active California licensure as either an RN, CSN, or LVN
• Previous experience in a school-based setting preferred
• Competency in performing health screenings, including vision and hearing assessments
• Strong communication skills for collaborating with students, staff, and families
• Compassionate approach to working with students of all backgrounds and abilities

• Perform routine health screenings and document results efficiently
• Support ongoing health and case management for students with varied medical needs
