What You#39;ll Do
As a Home Health RN, you#39;ll provide skilled nursing care in patients#39; homes, including assessments, wound care, medication education, disease management, patient and caregiver teaching, care coordination, and clinical documentation.
What You#39;ll Need
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Valid driver#39;s license and reliable transportation
- Strong clinical and communication skills
- Ability to manage your schedule and work independently
- Home health experience preferred
