- RN License
- Hospice experience required
- Prior inpatient or outpatient hospice or palliative care experience preferred

- Experience with EMR/EHR management systems and medical records documentation
- Background in managing complex cases involving medical-surgical, geriatrics, behavioral health, or infectious disease care
