About this role

The Licensed Nurse provides exemplary nursing services to residents.

Availability: PRN (mostly 3pm-11pm shifts are needed) Pay: $40-$45/hr

What will I do every day?

  • Assess residents to identify their physical, psychosocial and environmental needs
  • Monitor residents’ well-being and report any changes in condition
  • Provide resident care activities under the direction of the Assisted Living Director
  • Assist with Medication Management Program
  • Assist with care plans
  • Participate in the Assisted Living performance improvement process
  • Demonstrate knowledge of emergency procedures and respond appropriately
  • Document evaluation of nursing interventions including resident response

What will I need to be successful in this role?

  • Bring a smile to work every day
  • Be a great team player
  • Be a graduate of an accredited RN/LVN/LPN program
  • Have a minimum of one-year experience as a nurse in a senior care setting
  • Have some Assisted living and/or dementia experience (preferred)

Special Requirements/Certifications I may need?

Current active, unencumbered Nursing License in the state of practice (LVN/RN/LPN)
