Angels of Care is hiring Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to provide 1:1 in-home care for medically fragile children.

What You’ll Do
- Provide skilled nursing care in a home health setting
- Administer medications and treatments
- Monitor patient condition and complete assessments
- Educate and support families
- Follow individualized plan of care
Qualifications
Required
Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license (Pennsylvania) Minimum 1 year of nursing experience Ability to provide care in a home setting
Preferred
Pediatric or home health experience Experience with high-acuity skills (trach, vent, G-tube)
Strong training provided – grow your skills with us!
